Dr.
McHugh graduated from the Johns Hopkins University in 1984. He completed
his internship and orthopaedic residency at Union Memorial Hospital
in 1989. He completed his Fellowship in Arthroscopy in Takoma Park,
Maryland in 1990 and his Fellowship in Sports Medicine at Union
Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland also in 1990.His clinical interests include: sports medicine and general orthopaedics.
