Dr. Kirby Hudson Deeter was born and raised in Leawood, KS, a Kansas City Suburb. He obtained his undergraduate education at the University of Kansas, in Lawrence, where he graduated with a B.A. in Biology. He then spent four years in Cleveland, OH, where he received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine. His podiatric surgical training was commenced at Parkway Regional Hospital in North Miami Beach, FL, a residency program specializing in trauma and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.

Dr. Deeter completed his training at the Connecticut Foot Surgery Center in New Haven, CT, one of only a few post residency fellowship programs in podiatric medicine. While Dr. Deeter keeps current with new advances in medicine, he has many interests outside of the profession. He enjoys almost all outdoor activities and sports and is very enthusiastic about traveling, having traveled extensively. He spends much of his time with his dog, Kayla, a black Labrador that has been with him sense the beginning of his educational journey. He thoroughly enjoys almost all genres of music and is very happy to have landed in Music City.
