Dr. Baum received his MD degree from the University of Cincinatti College of Medicine in 1988. He completed a rotating internship from 1988-89 at the University of Cincinatti as well. He completed his residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago from 1989-1992 and his fellowship in Pediatric Rehabilitation at the Children's Hospital of Oakland from 1992-93.
